The Cool Kid in Town
By Patrick M.
It
was the best day of Austin’s
life. He was moving to Hollywood,
because his dad was becoming a star for doing dangerous stunts. It was also the day he was going there. He would have new friends, new teachers, and best
of all, a new house. It would be hard
the first day driving to Hollywood. He would also be on TV. It would be the best time of his whole
life. He would be happier. He would be out of the country for good. Hopefully, he would get a nice time in Hollywood
for as long as he would be there. He
would be very cool. He would be very,
very, very, very, very popular. He might be on TV, because his dad would be on
TV for doing his dangerous stunts over in Hollywood. He would be chased by girls at his school.
He
would have the best time ever now that he was in Hollywood. He would get up and do everything that he
needed to do every day when he woke up in the morning. He would definitely start to like Hollywood
very, very, very, very soon.
He
also lived in a mansion. And he had a
lot of windows on the mansion. It would
definitely be the sweet life. He would
do some dangerous stunts with his dad if his dad let him. He would do as many stunts as he could. He would be friends with a lot of people in Hollywood.
The
next day at school, he got dared, so he did the dare. It was a dangerous dare. He came out alive.
He was sad one
day. He was sad, because his dad lost
his job and they were moving back to Texas. He was happy, because he would see his old
friends back in Texas. He had a great time in Hollywood. He would tell his friends about the time in Hollywood.
“And that’s all
about Hollywood, guys,” said Austin. “Ever since that day as a kid, I’ve been
happy to see Hollywood. It’s been 20 years, since I’ve seen Hollywood.”
When Austin
went to the window he saw his friends from Hollywood
coming. He went on telling the story
anyway.
